While it would certainly fit with the theme to make Call of Duty Zombies perks into canteens, it seems like Treyarch is going another direction with its iconic beverages. While it made sense to make the perk-a-colas into cans for the game, as it was set during the 1980s, it would make a lot less sense for cans to feature in a World War 2 setting. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War ’s emphasis on perks and perk upgrades made them a crucial part of the experience, with Treyarch going the extra mile to fully redesign the machines and the drinks within them. With Treyarch mentioning that it would further set up Call of Duty: Vanguard’s Zombies mode with these items, it is not too shocking that Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War may have revealed the mode’s take on perks.įans have been particularly interested in Call of Duty: Vanguard’s perk designs. They'll have a few stairs to climb, but they'll be safe from danger.Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has received what might just be its final intel drop as part of Season 6, and some fans are already scouring the maps for the collectibles. If looking to make a quick ground escape, know that there is a verticle Zipine right under the Pack-A-Punch machine that will take players up near the top of the scaffolding. The right scaffolding (with the Pack-A-Punch) is a little taller than the left. Ziplines also connect the scaffolding to different areas on the map as well as each other. The height gives them plenty of room to jump and parachute to any POIs or nearby objectives. Players should use the center scaffolding as their primary way of getting around Duga on higher rounds. This is especially why Healing Aura is such an important field upgrade when playing Outbreak Zombies. It takes a while to get from one side of Duga to the other and, unless near a jump pad or the center scaffolding, down players will be waiting a while for their teammates to arrive. However, as the game gets harder, players are advised to stick together. Getting Duga early in the first map rotation makes it easy to explore by one's self. They are quick to throw and can distract normal zombies long enough for players to take care of Megatons. Don't be afraid to swap out health stims for decoy grenades before a Holdout on any map. Players will need kill streaks, especially Sentry Guns, to guard areas they can't keep covered. It will be difficult for a teammate to guard the open window as they'll get swarmed from behind.ĭuga Holdout is not as easy to defend as the other four. Be careful Zombies will jump up and mantle over the railing on the left. Players will want to tuck themselves into the corner on the upper level, keeping a window to their right and the stairs in front of them. Players will spawn into a two-level garage with an open bottom level and staircase leading up to catwalks overhead. Holdout is the only main objective in Outbreak Zombies that players can knowingly strategize for depending on the map. The northern bunker does have a nearby zipline that will take players up to the tall scaffolding.Įvery other objective, except for Defend, operates the same way no matter the map. Be careful if you're looking to craft mid-round. However, both are in Warzone-like underground bunkers full of zombies. Crafting Station: There are also two crafting stations to utilize on Duga. ![]() Players may also find the Red Fury Crystal Challenge here as well, Outbreak Zombies' latest side-mission. The other is on the far right side of the map in a cluster of three single-story office buildings. One is on the left side of the map, inside an open bunker.
